Ordering A Quilt

• You may order online by filling out our secure order form.
• You may call 502.897.7566 or Fax 502.897.3819 your order with your Visa or MasterCard number.
• If you wish to pay by check or money order, please call or fax us. We will hold your quilt(s) for five business days. Please make your checks payable to Shelly Zegart.

Shipping Information

We ship all orders within the continental United States via UPS Ground.

• $10.00 for the first quilt
• $5.00 for each additional quilt

All overseas orders, including Alaska and Hawaii, are shipped via UPS Expedited Air. Actual shipping rates are charged on all overseas orders.

Sales Tax

Kentucky residents add 6% sales tax. Return Policy For a full refund minus shipping charges: Inform us within 24 hours of receiving the quilt that the quilt is being returned. Ship it back within 5 days of receipt.

Return Shipping Procedure

Please wrap quilts in sealed plastic bags with shipping form inside. Please use a strong box and tape all edges. Insure for full value of quilts and prepay the package. Please send UPS or Priority Mail (not Parcel Post). The full purchase price will be refunded upon receipt of the quilt, in the same condition as sent to buyer.
